Several of us attended the morning worship service at The Wesley Memorial Methodist Church on Sunday morning.
The pastor, Rev. Barbara M. Walls, had invited Peter to lead the service. Peter’s wife, Angela, read the scripture. There were quite a few visitors touring the various Wesley historical sites and worshiped with us that morning.
Peter’s sermon reminded us that we are to make Disciples of Christ.
Wesley Memorial Methodist Church is beautifully maintained. Many aspects of the church such as the stained glass windows remind us of the ministry of John and Charles Wesley while still focusing on our worship of Jesus Christ.
